James,
Do you by chance live/drive in a large metropolitan city in the northern
part of the country?  I have a 91 200TQ with the same set up as yours and
right now I am getting about 14 mpg in-town (Portland Oregon) mileage
Happens every year when they start pumping that crummy winter gas that the
government has mandated.  Come spring it will go back up to my normal 16 mpg
in-town rate. I might add that I do not drive the car easily and Scott
Mockry keeps it healthy.
