Brake Pad and Rotor removal 93 -100CSQW

I just discovered that I ran the left rear brake pad a bit too thin and now
have to deal with getting the rotor turned.
?#1 - anybody know what size the bolt is that fastens the rotor to the axle
?#2 - how about the size for the allen head bolt that holds the brake
caliper bracket- it has to come off to get the rotor off.
?#3 - any recommendations on pads.
Unfortunately, the sockets I have are too bit big (1 1/4") or too small,
(1" )for the axle bolt.  ditto on the allen wrenches.
