Thanks for the reply. re: your suggestions...
Fuel pump is outputting fine and pump relay was swapped with wifes car to no
effect.
For guages, we're using the dash guage, but the importance isn't so much at
exactly what boost the problem starts as much as that it start at all.
Besides, based on ambient temp and engine temp, it's all over the board -
1.2 bar to 0.7 bar.
All hoses check out incl. Michelin Man which was removed, inspected,
reinstalled and pressure tested OK.
