Brett: first, for the burble:
Fill the plastic coolant reservoir to above the minimum mark. Then, pull the
small hose that runs from the top of the radiator to the reservoir, and pull
it at the plastic reservoir end. Use a funnel and add coolant/water mix
until the radiator and top hose is full of coolant. Reconnect the hose to
the reservoir, and check the coolant level; you may need to pull out a little
bit. There's no bleeder valve on the 200q20v radiator, but this proc. works
well.
As far as the breather hose, that's definately something to fix. Not too
hard to do for the home mechanic; don't forget the spark arrestor in the
upper end.
