Re: black bumper CLEANER

As someone has already mentioned, 8oz forever black will do the
job for about $12. There are two types, there is FB on its own
and FB with a conditioner/cleaner. The picture on the box is
a Jetta bumper picture. I couldn't use it on my car because my bumper
was a different shade of grey. I used it on my mirrors though and
that stuff does stick ! won't wash off. Gave it to a friend to use
on his Jetta and true it did its magic. If you have used silicon
before on your bumpers, make sure it comes off, thats what the
conditioner/cleaner is for. If you need a phone number where
you might be able to buy it you can email me back. I bought it
from a BMW catalog. Actually you can get an entire Zymol
package for $95 (clear auto bathe, hd-cleanse, vinyl conditioner,
carbon or creme wax, applicator, towel) but the bumper stuff
to me looks more like it might be silicon based (vinyl conditioner)
for $24 for 8oz. They do have tons upon tons of cleaning products
too, including the Wurth wheel paint that some listers mentioned.
Other products that would make your shipping cost worthwhile
would be the Lubro Moly line of engine products. Well, no affiliation,
just really impressed with their prices and great catalog that has
p/n's listed their hundreds and pictures to go along as well as good
buying experiences.

Anyone know of a GOOD cleaner for turning those GREY bumpers, trims, and
mirrors BLACK again. Not temporarily black since it's still oily-wet for a
week, but something that really gets all the oxidation out of there. I
know there is something our there that someone once recommended, but I
don't remember what it was/is....

I hope it's not some zymol stuff for $139 per quart or something.
