I had the same thing happen to me on my wifes CQ.  Luckely I have a habit of 
moving the spare or recently removed wheel under the naked hub, there was 
minimal damage.  The car was in gear and the e-brake on.  I don't know what 
happened but it appeared as though the car just started rolling foward.  The 
jack was not damaged either.  Thoes jacks have always scared me.
