Integration of hands free kit?

Anyone out there a REAL good pro at this kind of thing.  Is it possible to
take my highly modified stereo system (ie, EVERYTHING has been replaced,
wire, speakers, etc.) and integrate a Nokia hands free kit into it.  A lot
of other A4 owners are doing it, but the stock setup lets you with some neat
features.  Anyone have any idea if this is feasible?
