Agreed, I've always been pleased with Linda's service.
I've dealt with her for years and she's always
been helpful on tricky orders and I've also had her pay
for return shipping on an order where we miscommunicated
(I said fan resistor pack, she sent rad fan resistor, I 
wanted heater blower fan resistor).  Sure, she gets gruff
once in a while, but only when she's overwhelmed.  And it's 
never personal.  I like her.

She even faxed me a parts drawing once to look at so I could get 
the right engine air hose.
