Right. The first time (actually only time) the jack rolled off on me, I wasnt
even touching the car. I took off the wheel, put it under the car, went to get
the spare and the wind knocked the car off the jack.  Yes, the jack was properly
done on a firm surface etc ...   It gets really windy here...
