Having never used them personally, I really can't comment.  I have kept
clear of them based on the feedback I've received from others that have
gone there.

I am personally very happy with the parts dept. at Clair Audi in Needham. 
Talk to Mac, and he'll set you right up (see the vendor list). Prices are
similar to Carlsen, but with the added benefit of being able to run down
there and pick the part right up.
