I'd like to submit an unsolicited thank you to John (and his SO) for 
outstanding efforts on the book orders.  I ordered the three volume S4 set 
plus one other book and John handled the order completely without hassle, 
delays, or problems.  Excellent efforts that you didn't have to undertake.  
Too bad many "service" organizations don't take the same care and concern 
over their associates.

So... John, in spite of having to be bailed out of the slips of paper and 
email messages I for one would like to complement you on all your efforts.  
The problems were transparent -- at least in my case.

Great work and support for the list -- thanks!!!!!!!
