For the US models 5000/100/200/V8/urS4/S6/A6, the original-equipment
radios are:
78-83	various models
84-89	Rothenburg
89-91	Delta
92-95	Gamma
96-97	Delta CC
98-99	Concert
00- 	Symphony

For the US models 4000/Coupe/urQ/80/90/CQ/A4/S4tt:
80-83	various models
84-87	Rothenburg
88-92	(?)
93-95	(?)
96-97	Delta CC
98-99	Concert
00- 	Symphony

For the TT:
00-	Concert

For the (?) items above, I know what they look like, but don't know
the name.  If anyone knows please speak up.

Cars with the Bose option generally have the same radio as non-Bose cars.
Only the speakers are different.

Of course, YMMV.
