I recently had to RR the Bose radio in my 91 100. The dealer said they were 
going to take it to the local Bose authorized repair shop, and I might as 
well do that myself to save a few days, and a few dollars (they would mark up 
the repair bill). They reported that they have no exchange program as has 
been posted, and were less than helpful. The bill for the repair however was 
almost exactly $110.00, but it took 3-1/2 weeks to get the on-off switch 
part. It was very frustrating.
