Fwd: Aftermarket Red Illumination Stereo?????

Denon's first units that did this had a "toggle" function that toggled 
between yellow, red, and green.  Lights worked well...unit was terrible in 
both performance and reliability.  Their second generation units came with 
different colored caps that could be installed over the bulbs/LEDs inside 
the unit (after considerable disassembly).  Again lights worked well after 
an hour or so devoted to changing colors. but performance and reliability 
were terrible.  suggestion I would make ONLY if you are familiar with 
radio/cd player disassembly, is to purchase red lenses (from Radio Shack 
maybe?) for the bulbs/LEDs inside your unit and try to change the color 
like Denon did in their second generation units.
