Um, you'd use the remote turn on-lead comming off your head unit.
Which Kenwood are you using? The older (2 yrs old) KDC-3005/4005/ 6005, etc
models look very stock in that car's dash!

Um, I don't totally remember, but I don't remember any RCA's back there.
The rear amp is tiny and I think it's just wires running to it, but may work
the same sorta way.... well, has to in a way I guess.
You know Crutchfield has a nice install kit for adapting a CD player to
car's original wiring harness. A little complex since it requires use of
something called a low-to-high pass converter, but it's still a lot easier
than trying to re-wire the whole thing. If you are going to do all that, I
suggest going with an aftermarket 4-channel amp and powering the speakers
via that. The factory speakers in that car actually sound pretty good when
you get some power running to them...BTDT.

It's a tool called a Din puller. Fortunately my dad put a Blaupunkt in the
Porsche and so I had a set of these to remove the radio, but a lot of older
factory radios come out the same way. You can get this tool from a lot of
places (Crutchfield has these as well) or just go by a Best Buy or Circut
City install bay and ask them if you can borrow it quickly or have them pop
out the old unit for ya. Will only take them 30 seconds, so they will
(well, should) do it for nothing.
