Subject: S6 or S4 in Auto Transmission?

Yes, I know it's heresy, but does anyone know whether the S6's or S4's came
with an auto trans?  My significant other won't drive a manual.  If they
are all have manual trans., can you suggest a 1994-1996 sporty alternative
with an auto trans. other than the V8?  Thx.

86 Coupe GT (manual) 

ANSWER:  All S series and turbo-quattros have manual transmissions.  I can't
say for sure about the 1999 - 2000 series.
