I purchased pin boot kits from Import Parts Specialists in Idaho 
(800)-897-7278 for around $6.  The correct p/n is 443 698 470.  Made by Lucas 
in Germany.  4 boots and a bit of grease.  It fits all Girling calipers I've 
seen, front or rear, single or dual piston.  Lucas p/n is SP7250.
