She finally gives me 1.4 again

Well, after nearly a year of 1.3 bar max boost indicated on my stock  '89
200TQ, I now get 1.4 once again.  I had checked all the usual suspects,
hoses, vacuum leaks, etc, but never found any problem.  So what was the fix?
I replaced the valve cover gasket.  It was about $20.00 USD.  Now she gives
me 1.4 again.  Most of you are probably thinking, "Well duh, wannabee
mechanic boy!"  ...but I'm happy!  8-]
