Yeah, I was aware of Monmouth, NJ.  That, unfortunately doesn't help me
identify the sender.  I'm hoping he will drop me a note to identify himself.

The "MON" part was VERY indistinct and involved a lot of guesswork on my
part to even suggest "MON".  I can imagine names like Falmouth or
HoofAndMouth or...  :-)

Thanks anyway, though.  I hope the sender will trun up.  I don't want
someone to be waiting for decals which never show up.  That's not good for
my reputation.
