4K/CGT fresh(clean!) air intake mod(simple)

Both Huw and Steven Buchholz thought this may be a good idea, so I will post
my simple mod in hopes of making someone happier and healthier....

I just peeked under my extremely brittle(especially in this cold weather)
air intake/climate control cover to see how I did this a number of years ago
and sure enough - good 'ole Duct tape!

So...If you are interested in fresh *and* clean air, simply buy an air
filter designed for use in a home air-cleaning machine(e.g. Bionaire) that
is roughly the same size as the opening and remove the stock plastic
grate/screen(if it's still there!), then place the air filter in the opening
to the best of your ability and use some method of attaching the plastic
screen(I used Duct tape and am quite proud of the job I did since it was
over two years ago and looks fine now - long live Duct tape! - but I'm sure
other listers can do better) on the outside of the filter and voila!  Clean
air courtesy of Bionaire!  ...just like all those high-tech late-model cars!

As far as longevity, I don't remember exactly when I did it(one of the few
things I didn't document), but I know it was over two years ago and the
filter is still workin' fine, tho upon viewing this morning it looks like it
could be replaced(it's black!). Another case of "Outta sight, outta mind."
Just another thing to do when my ankle heals and Mother Nature releases her
grip...

Sooo simple yet so effective...
