S4/S6 wheels on 92 100CSq

Hi all,

	I have an oppurtunity to purchase a set of five spoke S4 wheels
from the previous generation S4.  What kind of problems will I have
running the 35 mm offset wheel on my car that has a 45 mm offset?  Is the
only way to make this work is by the use of spacers?
