Fuel Pumps

I can't find good prices in Northern Virginia on
a fuel pump for my 1990 Audi 100.  I think the
pump I need is 0 580 254 038 for 1989 through 1991
Audi 100/200s.  I also understand it will be hard
to change without special tool 3214.

Any good sources for Audi pumps and other parts
(a good source would be $200 or less)?

Any sources for the GM/Delco pump that is supposed
to go for $219, but is guaranteed for life?

Has anyone changed the 89 to 91 series pump without
special tool 3214?
