1983 Model Year - notes to Wiring Diagram 13
- The main diagram does not identify the pin assignments for the rpm sender (G28) and timing position sender (G4). These are 3-2-1 in both cases, left to right. The diagram also suggests that the shield connection - the leftmost in each case - is connected to the sender. This is not the case - pin 3 should be open-circuit to both pins 1 and 2.
- Tracks 41 and 42 show a position for J95 - a cold start pulse relay. This relay was deleted in the 1982 model year and will not be found on the car.
- The main diagram shows F25 in track 51 as "normally open". This is incorrect - it is "normally closed" and opened at full throttle to de-energise N54, the full load enrichment solenoid.
- Connectors T1, T1a and T1b are on the right of the engine bay (below the air box) and not the left.
