[200q20v] S4 Injectors

Re: Cams.  What would you expect to achieve by replacing with RS2 exhaust
cam?  Have you quantified the differences in duration and timing, or is this
just a WAG?

I don't know for sure, but would bet that the S4 injdctors are the same part
operating at a different base pressure.
