[200q20v] S4 Injectors

IMO, altering the exhaust cam or cam timing designed for turbo use is a mod.
least likely to provide any benefit.  Cams optimumized for forced induction
are of short duration and timed for zero or very small overlap.  There is
nothing much to be gained by changing within this critera.  The gain is in
the forced induction.  See Chris Miller's web page, engine parts, the
exhaust cams are the same across the spectrum of S5 engines.
