The only thing wrong with my car is that the driver front speaker is
out. Just took apart the door and tested the speaker using an analog
voltmeter, the speaker has no power. I was flipping through the Bently
and found there is a speaker relay (J225) for the Bose speaker(s). But,
I cannot find it. It says that the relay is in the aux. relay panel
below the instrument cluster, but the wiring diagram doesn't mention
anything about a speake relay. Anyone BTDT?

That failure mode typically points to a break in the wiring in the hinge area (rubber bellows) of the driver's door.
On my car, when I turn on the radio, I hear a relay click under the driver's side knee panel (aux relay area). If your passenger speaker is working, you should also hear that 'click'. Pull the kick panel, and turn the radio on/off until you find the relay (but check that wiring first...)
