[200q20v] what's that tingle in my toes?

Over the past couple of months I've been noticing that often (not always) I
can sense a slight --hmmm, I don't know quite how to describe it--a
vibration of sorts that's transmitted via the clutch pedal. It's NOT what I
would describe as "pulsation" but rather more of a very slight buzzy/rough
feel. It's not there all the time and usually just at certain positions of
the pedal as it's being let out.
My first guess was bad throwout bearing. That would be surprising since I
had a new thowout bearing installed (as "preventative maintenance") less
than 15K miles ago, and a new clutch had been put in (by PO's dealer) only
about 35 K miles ago).
Is there something else (e.g., clutch master/slave cylinder going bad) that
will cause this slight roughness in the clutch pedal? This started a bit
after I did a complete brake system bleed with Pentosin Blue, but did _not_
yet do the clutch line. Coincidence?
