Guys
I've got a starting problem. I questioned the list a while ago. Most
responses thought fuel pressure drop off. Original pump as far as I know
and 171k on the car. Fuel boiling in fuel lines? At least on a 91 200
the fuel lines are on the "cool" side of the engine. A pressure gauge is
not an easy hook up.
My problem with the drop of fuel pressure theory is in the morning after
the car has had all night to lose pressure it starts right up. I mean
right away. I can't see how I'd have any less pressure after I've driven
the car and let it sit for 1/2 hour. I have no codes
So far I haven't attempted any fix. I'm living with it. Maybe I'll just
do teh pump as it sure is old enough.
Neil
