[200q20v] Problems.. where to start? (very long)

If they replaced the cap only they would not have to have removed the rotor.

The dealer replaced the cap only, I did not do it myself. Perhaps they did
not glue the rotor on correctly. But would this explain the fuel in the
crankcase??
