[200q20v] Rear Caliper sticking?

Sounds like the problem I finally fixed last month with new rear rotors, 
calipers and pads on both sides.  Previously I'd replaced the brake fluid, 
disconnected and "exercised" both e-brake lever arms and demounted the 
calipers to be certain the guide pins moved freely and check the pin and 
piston boots.  I'm certain the inner e-brake lever bits are corroded from 
the PO's failure to flush the fluid routinely, but I've not had a chance to 
tear the old calipers apart.  I plan to do that and then rebuild them for 
future replacements.  Others posting here have suggested an annual flushing 
and a rebuild every few years will prevent future similar experiences.
