[200q20v] Squeaky leather

I know this is a trivial question, but must be asked
since this noise is driving me crazy!

Does anyone know what to do to get rid of squeaky
leather.  The arm rest between the two front seats
rubs against the passenger seat when driving and is
especially pronounced in the city (road bumps causing
movement in the cabin).  The additional pressure
against the arm rest caused by someone sitting in the
passenger seat makes the noise even louder.  Cleaning
and conditioning the leather seats only makes it worse
since the seats are squeaky clean (literally).  I am
at a loss for what I could do to get rid of this
sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
