[200q20v] H+R/Bilstein Upgrade Revisited - milder options?

I've always been partial to Konis myself. This was my first (but very happy)
experience with Bilsteins. I really like the adjustability of the Konis in
hi-perf and on-track applications. Are the Konis you can get now for the 91
200q20v externally adjustable? That would be a serious plus!
