i was under the impression they are the externally adjustable, although i'm
not planning on doing too much adjustments... no track for the avant, i
think though you just dial em up to sport and leave them...heard good
reviews for this setup on the s6 avants also
i felt noticeable improvement when i did my sway bar bushings, pretty quick
and easy job w/ inexpensive parts, wire brush those threads !!!
