[200q20v] H+R/Bilstein Upgrade Revisited - milder options?

That's what I was thinking, whenever I get around to it. Has anyone used
the "Sprints" w/the stock springs? That's what the shox.com guy
recommends, but he's obviously no 200q20v enthusiast. He says they have
the same valving, and I don't know enough about struts to know what is
different then, if just mounting for lowered vs. non-lowered. Though a
case could be made that our cars are already lowered (20mm?) from the
factory, say compared to a 1990 200q or a 1991 100q.
