Nah, Sarge bought a grill trim surround to simulate the hood integrated to grill look, and painted everything body color.  Not my favorite look.

The 200q20v and V8 only share a couple body panels (think the trunk lid, roof/sunroof, and front doors?); everything else is different.
Larger flares on the fenders, and they're longer in front; different hood, hood support beam across the front, bumper, etc.

For the front end, you'd need to transfer the fenders, front bumper supports, front hood latch metalwork, hood, ... and then the flares at the rear would look smaller.  Don't think they could be swapped very easily.  Easier, I'd think, to transfer a 3B engine to a V8 body than the reverse... but why?  There's a 240 hp V8 5-speed nearby for less than $10k, with around 120k miles...
