[200q20v] CD Player for Delta Radio

Dear List,

A few questions please:

1) Does anyone know what CD Players will work with the Delta Radio. Will
a Pioneer M series work ?
2) Who repairs or sells parts for the Delta radios ?
3) Also, since I have a 20v Avant, I do not have the Bose stereo, can I
use the lower door panel trim from a sedan to house more speakers ?
4) Where can I buy a good copy of the owners manuals for the car and
radio along with the protective Audi jacket ?
