At max boost (20+psi), my gauge 'flutters' (needle becomes almost a
blur) about 1-2psi. Ned Ritchie assured me that is to be expected as the
WGFV is being worked to regulate boost.  I've never seen a 5 psi
oscillation range though.  My ECU has an IA modification; boost gauge
pressure takeoff is at the ECU; wastegate spring is stock.
