[200q20v] UFO rotors turned, violent pulsing follows - Help!

Hello Wolff,

The rotors were turned on both sides.  He had a special tool made up to work
with his brake lathe.   I'm taking my car into this shop tomorrow.  I can
only think that he didn't mount them on his lathe correctly.  I just went
out for another ride and the brake pedal pulses and the steering wheel
shimmies so badly that the braking is dangerous.

I used my old pads with no trouble. I hate to suggest this, but perhaps they
only turned the outside face?
