Brandon,
I have a frequent Karter membership at SyKart and my nuveau S4 buddies and I
go 3 or 4 times a month.  I've also done the Champs carting in Bellevue.
Yes SyKart has gas karts and its indoor, so you smell like a lawn mower for
the next couple days.  The Champs karts are much torquier so you can hang
the tail out without loosing all your momentum.  Although I usually have
those days off my schedule can be unpredictable, but I'd be up for a little
interstate competition :-)
