My guess is it is your alternator, This happened on a friends Honda,
although the alternator was putting out a constant voltage the current was
pulsating, and so was all the electronics, lights, heater fan... she
thought the devil had possessed her car, it turned out to be that the devil
had possessed her alternator.

Subject: [200q20v] pulsing lights

Anyone ever had any experience with their lights pulsing?

ALL the lights do this.. dash/stereo/taillights/headlights/switches etc.

The alternator is putting out a steady~14.5 volts (multimeter at
alternator)
and there do not seem to be any adverse affects.
The alternator is original however the Bosch regulator is only a few years
old.

Anyone.......Anyone (Ferris Bueler's teacher)

Thanks,
