[200q20v] CC channel 11 is "stuck"

Nope! Reads 12.0 _always_ (as in "constant" and "stuck"). Yes the
_normal_ ch 11 readout will depend on electrical equipment in use
(especially heater blower), but my ch 11 problem is not a transitory
voltage drop.
