[200q20v] CC channel 11 is "stuck"

I always attribute this to a voltage drop caused by the controls
being active. I get anywhere fromn 12 to 13.8 depending on what
is turned on, try turning the CC off then see what you get.
Does it sound to other listers like I have dirty power contacts
feeding the CC head or does everybody else also see this ?
