[200q20v] Ughhh! Broken Idle Pulley Bolt

This has worked for....I bought a small left hand (reverse) drill and tried
to drill it out.  once the bit started to catch the bolt backed out. or I
have used good ole Jb weld to glue the bolt back together.  Just use a tiny
bit of glue.

I can't really see into this hole, you have to do it all by feel.  I'm
stuck. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!
