Thomas,
You can make a bushing that will have an outside diameter that will have a
slip fit into the threaded hole and the inside diameter will be slightly
bigger than the diameter of the drill that you are using. This pilot
bushing will guide your first drill in straight. You then will want to
counter drill the drilled hole with a larger drill than the easy-out that
you are going to use since the bolt broke at a 45 degree angle. This will
allow the easy-out to go in straight and will pull evenly on the broken
bolt.
