[200q20v] replacing a turbo bypass valve

Hold it, guys; does your '89 10-valve turbo have a bypass valve?
go to http://www.sjmautotechnik.com first; he's got a procedure to _add_ a 
bypass valve to the 10vt, since from the factory it did not have one...
run through his procedures on checking out a 10v turbo as well.
