[200q20v] clean Avant FS, Rhode Island

I'm posting this for a friend of mine, I've seen the car and it's very clean.
I would snatch it up but I don't have any where to put it right now (it's 
just killing me).
It is an early production (5k something on the VIN), it has the 20v logo on 
the rear (I've never seen one before but it's there and it is not a Euro car).

In the last few months the car has had new timing and other belts, water
pump, front brake pads and rotors(UFO), and cassette radio. Plus it has a 
set of
Blizzak snow tires.  It's Lago Blue (blueish green) with tan interior (no 
sport seats).

Kelly Blue Book with 150,000 miles is $8,220. NADA avg. retail is $9200 
(w/90-100k).

He's asking $7500 but is negotiable, he wants to get a newer car soon.
