The plug-in bulb comes on only with the ignition on, perhaps with engine
running? It lights up when the ABS is off (along with the dash light)... at
least, I think that's how it works.
Haven't looked at the night time illumination (but seem to recall that it
lights up whenever the key is on). Thought it was the same as all the other
switches.
