[200q20v] Rear Hatch SOLVED

Thanks to everyone that replied re: my rear hatch not opening.  For anyone
that's curious, it turns out that the hose in the frame disconnected.  The
usual - more time to diagnose than actually fix.

Again, I bow down to everyone in the list for your help and saving me $$$.

During troubleshooting, I noticed that I can't insert my key into the lock
to turn it and manually lock/unlock the tumbler.  Is this a sign of
impending, or in this case "post-pending", failure?  And therefore, I should
remove "the ball" per instructions in the archives and numerous websites?
