Chris,
>>Any recommendations on replacement front pads to fit the UFOs?
I had great success with AutoZone brake pads (made by Albany Brakes) - part
number MKD-467 for about $45 (that's not a typo). I changed my pads back in
March and after 4 months, haven't had any problems.
These pads were recommended by Frank (GSTREIN at aol.com) who got his
recommendation from Mike Foley.
Good luck,
Ken

Subject: [200q20v] UFO Brake Pads?
I know this is an old topic, but couldn't find anything on it so here
goes... Any recommendations on replacement front pads to fit the UFOs? I
checked the Bosch site and they list an active P/N; can anybody verify that
these are available and are specifically for the UFOs? I've seen Jurid as
one manufacturer out there, any others better/worse? I do not track this
car and am really not excessively aggressive with the braking. Any advice
is appreciated - Thanks.
