[200q20v] H&Rs + Konis came up .5" short (tall?) in front

Has anybody else come up missing .5" of lowering when using the
H&R springs with Konis on their 200q20v ?

I got the quoted 1.4" in the rear, but 1" instead of 1.5" in the
front.
